OUR STORY
"It Comes By Faith" is our company motto. My Father's Garden was a gift from both my earthly father and my heavenly Father. We started with simple act of faith and ended up with a jelly manufacturing company. We have always had dreams of accomplishing great things in ours lives, we just never saw this. Our Lime Jalapeno Jelly has been such a blast to work with. We never tire of hearing new ways our customers use our jelly. Glazes, dips and marinades OH MY! We are very proud of both the name and product because BOTH were divinely inspired. As an act of faith and a word of the Lord, my wife quit her job as the general manager of a restaurant to be a full time helpmate/house wife for me. For the first time in her life she had the time to garden with her dad. Shortly after the seeds were in the ground her father unexpectedly passed away and the garden became a sanctuary to her. Many hours of prayer, meditation and questions were asked and answered while she picked weeds. As the plants matured it became apparent that we had more jalapeno plants than several families could use. Wondering what to do with so many, peppers, pepper jelly came to mind and My Father's Garden Lime Jalapeno Pepper Jelly was birthed. My wife found a recipe and made it her own adding lime and adjusting measurements. It is delicious and we know you will enjoy it, too! Our jelly is very unique. Cream Cheese and Wheat Thins are a classic. It also goes incredibly well with coconut shrimp, salmon and pork chops.
